Pathway to Prevention does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Site. Contents of Public Areas (as defined below) are personal opinions of the author, and are not endorsed by Pathway to Prevention. Schools or community organizations may produce multiple copies of any written materials for distribution to parents or faculty only if you retain Pathway to Prevention logo and any copyright notices that are contained in the Content. Any other use of the materials is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission and the permission of the applicable rights holder(s). You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for commercial purposes, including the text, Parent Awareness Reports, images, or the Collision Course documentary without written consent from Pathway to Prevention. Any special rules for the use of certain software and other items accessible on the Site may be included elsewhere within the Site and are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

The Content is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with Pathway to Prevention or its licensors. Users’ representations

Pathway to Prevention also may select certain sites as priority responses to search terms you enter and Parent Pathway may agree to allow advertisers to respond to certain search terms with advertisements or sponsored content. Pathway to Prevention does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. Pathway to Prevention is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within the Pathway to Prevention Site, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. Pathway to Prevention does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on the Pathway to Prevention Site.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pathway to Prevention, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.

Pathway to Prevention is based in the United States of America, and makes no claims that Pathway to Prevention and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access Pathway to Prevention from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Survivability
The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Use of Content, Liability, Privacy Policy, Public Areas and Media, Communications in Public Areas, Indemnity, and Jurisdiction; Applicable Laws.

Jurisdiction; Applicable Laws
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Pathway to Prevention, or in any way relating to your use of the Pathway to Prevention Site, resides in the courts of the State of California and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of California in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Pathway to Prevention or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
