Susan Lyte KingSusan Lyte King is a Co-founder of Pathway to Prevention and Director of Outreach and Communications. She became committed to educating parents about teen substance abuse after she discovered that chemical dependency can develop in the wake of appropriate and properly administered prescription medications. Susan’s experience marries a long career in strategic for-profit and non-profit business communications, extensive coursework in psychology, addiction and recovery, experience with positive youth development, and on-line journalism. Susan graduated from Stanford University with a double major in English and Psychology, and received her M.Ed. In Counseling psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. She received a certificate in marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
